we are so privileged and it's a humbling experience when the CEO and Founder that has put this all together who's made this possible is able to get on the call and really share his story of weary and how we've come to be so without any further ado mr. Carlos Bertini ALP co-founder hello Charles thank you for your introduction thank you very much welcome everyone and the reason for what we're here is to do with the many times throughout the years and years where we heard someone telling us very excitedly saying I'm getting the payment assistance I the city's going to give us this much money the county we're so happy we're gonna buy a home so look you could imagine that when we hear that it's a great how do you how does that work so they tell us a great story and come to find out a few months later what happened to that sense of you know there was a little problem here and there was all kinds of burrows so you hear the same story 10 20 30 times and at the end when you hear one more time you say oh poor person so we wanted to see we were curious to find out why is it that people did not understand because the situation with cdiscount in the states is that they require that you earn less than 80 percent sometimes less than 50 percent of the area house of medium income to qualify for the moment assistance so when we started to get curious about that we figure okay well how much is that and so basically the person has to be poor almost poor so how can a person get a mortgage approval if they have to be poor so that's where we started to get very curious curiosity was is is there anyone doing the math how could somebody never really enough curiosity for us to say let's take a look at this there's something interesting here I want to know why I said that people are not calculated in this situation so still we don't know that but we got a moment of what it was some great celestial idea to to come and discover what we could do this not but then we started to put the company together and we we want to start to have a desire of building the perfect company a company that could accomplish many many goals and a company they had a big big why because when you start a company and you you run a company there isn't it's not just enough to say what you do or how you do it that's great everybody scatter what they do and how to do it but the big big why is what drives the force the the the courage in our big way is the homeowner that that young family or any family talking to themselves and say honey this can be a problem out there where where we can get help so they're big why collides with our big why and this is why we were able to accomplish many goals one of them being able to obtain complete absolute compare customer loyalty we tested every way we could we tested it by answering the anchor is very very to create a company that we could break the geographic restriction of real estate because real estate is is very you know very localized you know foot soldiers and we doing what we do we absolutely break that because it doesn't matter how far the home buyer is and how far away from our reach and control and supervision it doesn't matter who we put them in front of they always come back why because they want not the salesperson they want the money so they need it they want it so we were able to break the geographer assertion by being able to receive it a very heightened customer loyalty so in doing that we were able to do this across Florida and if we all also and decided to share it with everyone out there but the hard shell is not very powerful super powerful way way that is good for everyone not just for for very high skill labor licensed individuals how do we do it in a way that he can generate him continuous predictable growth and we did it by turning it in in a structure where we pay upfront before he closes at the same time the same amount regardless of a purchase price or a percentile before closing and even when never winning doesn't close no charge backs and by doing that we're able to to enlist the the participation of anyone anyone that is out there a friend co-worker neighbor anybody you meet of course some of them are gonna be Realtors and lenders but comparison is that they employ licensed individuals and when they are not licensed they have to make them get licensed in that is not an easy process a lot of people are not gonna go through it and even after they went through it getting a license it's just the beginning because now when you get a license the one thing that they forget to tell you when they say congratulations they forget to tell you congratulations you are a salesperson it is a drag being a salesperson sometimes so you get the license and then you get a compete with Russia's competition very experienced individuals who are professionals in this company not only that you don't need a license and you don't have to wait in amid all the experience and investment in here you have zero competitors so we are building a company that is a perfect company for many reasons it's not perfect yet but we have all the courage and all the commitment to make it perfect and we are making it together now another important thing is that we looked at what we do and we figure do we need associate members well no we don't a whole thing do we need him yes we do because in order to accomplish a million homebuyers a goal we have to do it together because it is the the influences of our social members who work live and play in their communities that is going to make it happen we could be doing it all alone with major you know company systems and we could do it with call centers and all the typical arrangements but then will be just another large company facing major corporate competition when we build it the way that we build it which is a company that is for the people by the people it's here to stay because we all become our own advocates this is our company and together we succeed so so I mean I can just keep going and going but let's not do let's not do that I just want to tell you I'm very very very proud to be here in this moment and very excited to to be of service and this is what we do we are a
